‘The Witness’ is a single player exploration puzzle game that is set on an open world game play style on a island. The gameplay is non-linear meaning you can solve puzzles as you find the helping you progress through the game. The player with solve the individual puzzles and mazes through the game by becoming familiar with the visual and audio logs around the island. ‘The Witness” pulls inspiration for the game ‘Myst’ which if you played the game back in the mid 90’s you would identify first just visual on the large land marks and the island layout.
