Mario & Luigi Paper Jam is a single player role-playing game where the story starts off with Mario and Luigi attempting to fix a hole that Princess Peach has in her castle library. While attempting to fix the hole, Luigi trips and accidentally knock open a book containing the Paper Mario world, causing all the paper-thin residents to spread across the Mushroom Kingdom. Bowser and Paper Bowser combine forces and kidnap Preach and Paper Peach. So now Mario, Paper Mario, Luigi, and Paper Luigi must team up to defeat the Bowsers and rescue the Peaches and bring order back to Paper Mario world.
