Fallout 4 Graphics Tweak Creates Borderlands

Between Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 every Borderlands game came out , so expectations for what an first person shooter RPG should look like may have shifted a bit where Thick black outline graphics and looting awesome weapons just go together. Reddit user Reddit_is_wrong discovered a graphics tweak to bring the Pandora look to the Commonwealth.
