Original on PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4, God Eater 2: Rage Burst is an modified version of the original  game. “Rage Burst” is a new chapter that as added to the story, which features six difficulty level. A new game mechanic is introduced into the game called “Blood Rage”, which is a meter the fills up while attacking enemies. To activate the “Blood Rage” the player must pledge to the God Arc, which grants the player various buffs. Players can choose to activate temporary invincibility but at the expense of draining your Blood Rage meter. The new version of the game also introduces new weapons, enemies and characters.
