Got a friend that is trying toset up his xbox for xbox live, however it won't connect to the internet at all. We've tried manually putting in an ip address, validating it on resnet, unplugging it and plugging it back in, turning it off and on again (lol) but still nothing. I have no idea what to do to fix it as mine just plugged in and was away, so if anyone has had a similar problem or knows someone that has, any help would be appreciated/.
